KVM Hotkey

There seems to be a lot of complaining about the lack of hot keys in Multiplicity 4. I am also slightly flummoxed by this. In Multiplicity 3 it was really nice to press Ctrl + Shift + ' to open the remote window. Trying to get to a remote PC in KVM mode seems really clunky in version 4, and it is also really hard to get back to the local desktop without closing the remote window. This seems to be a bit of a downgrade from version 3.

In addition, there is a button on the KVM screen that says 'Create shortcut'. I've no idea what this is supposed to do as it's grayed out. Right-clicking on the remote computer gives the option to create a shortcut on the desktop; this is pretty useless for me as I'd have to minimize half a dozen windows to see my desktop. How about an option to create a shortcut in the start menu.

Other than that it's great.

Hotkeys are part of MP4 Pro.  Also, you can pin shortcuts to the taskbar for much easier access.  Also, Stardock Fences allows you to bring the Desktop to the top in any situation:

Thanks for your response.

I have MP4 Pro, but it isn't clear how to assign a hotkey when using the KVM mode. I can see the hotkeys setting, but this is clearly for the seamless setting, which I don't use. I'd love to be able to assign those hotkeys to the KVM mode instead. You also haven't addressed the issue of why I have a grayed out button that says 'Create Shortcut'. There's also a 'Launch KVM connection screen' button that just opens a blank screen with 'New connection' up in the top left corner and a message that I currently have no configured computers, etc. This is clearly wrong as I have two computers ready for connection.
